Benchmarking Highlights

 

The following infographic depicts the results of the researcher's CSR benchmarking surveys with ten healthcare companies in the U.S. Initial research was conducted online on each of the companies’ websites. However, since many of the companies do not discuss or promote their CSR initiatives online, further research was required. The researcher conducted formal interviews on the phone with 8 companies. The infographic illustrates the point that there is much room for CSR improvement within the healthcare sector, and an opportunity exists for companies to distinguish themselves from their peers with a leading CSR program.
